Music Friday Christmas Edition: All I Want For Christmas Is You

It is December tomorrow!  I'm officially excited for Christmas!!!!!  I already have my entire room decorated.  Before I share today's song I need an opinion from all of you.  On YouTube many do Vlogmas which means vlogging everyday until Christmas.  I'm not a vlogger so I thought of doing Blogmas which I would blog daily until Christmas.  Would you guys enjoy this?  If so what would you like to see me blog about?  Leave a comment letting me know.  Today's song has been a favorite of mine for a few years.  Last year Justin Bieber teamed up with the original artist and I loved it even more.  It is All Want For Christmas Is You by Justin Bieber and Mariah Carey.  I listen to this even when it isn't Christmas time!  It is a definite favorite.

DWTS All Star: And The Winner Is...

This is it you guys!!!  Tonight we find out who the winner is!  Tonight the couples dance their final dance together.  Since this is the finale all the celebrities from this season opened the show with a huge dance number.  I loved it!  It was so fun and energetic.  It was a great way to begin the show.  The judges choose to see Shawn's freestyle again.  It was my favorite from last night.  The final 3 choose their Instant Dance style and music.  Kelly chose the Jive to the song Cat and Mouse.  Melissa chose the Samba to the song Life Is A Highway.  Shawn chose the Cha Cha to the song Respect.  Bristol, Pamela and Helio danced again.  Drew danced again but this time with his daughter.  It was adorable!  Team Gangnam Style performed next. It featured Kirstie, Emmett, Joey, and Gilles.  Joey replaced Kelly who was in the original.  Joey performed a Back to the Future routine.  It was AMAZING!  I'm so sad he didn't win.  Sabrina performed again.  Team Call Me Maybe performed next.  It featured Apollo, Sabrina, Helio, and Drew.  Helio and Drew replaced Shawn and Melissa who were in the original routine.  Kirstie and Gilles performed again.  Apollo and Emmet danced again.  Kelly performed her Instant Jive and her score was 28.5.  Melissa performed her Instant Samba and her score was 28.5.  Shawn performed her Instant Cha Cha and her score was 30.  The results were next.  In third place is Kelly.  I wasn't shocked by this at all.  In second place is Shawn.  This means Melissa is the first ever All Star winner!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  I'M SO HAPPY!!!!!!  I hope you all enjoyed my blogging.  I'll be back next season!  Please subscribe!

DWTS All Star: The Final 3

The finals are here!!!!!  I'm so excited to see who will win.  Plus all three finalists are female.  It's all Girl Power!  The couple will be dancing 2 dances tonight.  The first is one of their favorite dances from the season.  The second is the freestyle.  The freestyle is always the most anticipated dance.  The freestyles tonight will be different from any other season.  It's the super sized freestyle which means they can have other dancers dancing with them.  Tomorrow night they will dance the Insta Dance.  They won't know their style or song until they pick it live on the show.

Kelly Monaco and Val Chmerkovskiy:

They made it to the finals without getting a 10 so that is their goal.  Her favorite dance of the season was the Paso Doble.  There was a minor mess up but it was very good.  I still didn't love it though.  It needed more emotion.  Her score was 29.5.  Her super sized freestyle was good but not great.  It was a lot like Dirty Dancing which is one of my favorite movies.  She had a choir and the troupe with her.  I just wanted it to be more original.  Her score was 29.5.  Her total for the night was 59 out of 60.

Melissa Rycroft and Tony Dovolani:

They are the only couple in the finals who haven't won yet.  Her favorite dance of the season was the Samba.  This is the dance that made me love her.  I loved it even more this time!  Her confidence was much better.  Her score was 30.  Her super sized freestyle was amazing!!!  She chose Contemporary for her routine.  It was a definite risk but it paid off.  I also really liked how it was just them on stage.  Her score was 30.  Her total for the night was 60 out of 60.

Shawn Johnson and Derek Hough:

They are the risk takers of this season.  Her favorite dance of the season was the Quickstep.  I love this dance so much.  I love how it breaks every rule but the judges hate it.  It was still amazing though.  Her score was 27.  Her super sized freestyle was perfection!  It was my favorite of the night.  It included the Fierce Five gymnastics team.  It was a medley of all the dances they did this season.  It was just mind blowing.  Her score was 30.  Her total for the night was 57 out of 60.

Music Friday Christmas Edition: It's Christmas Time Again

I hope you all had a great Thanksgiving.  Now Christmas is only weeks away!!!  Today begins Music Friday Christmas Edition.  I'll be sharing my favorite Christmas songs.  The first is a brand new song that just came out.  It's called It's Christmas Time Again by Backstreet Boys.  I love everything about  this song.  It really got me in the holiday mood.  Plus I love them.  Let me know your favorites too!

DWTS All Star: The Final 3 Are...

The show started with an encore performance.  The judges chose Apolo's Rumba.  It wasn't my favorite but I liked it.  Shawn is the first person in the finals.  The spotlight dance was a 21 year old girl from New Zealand who taught herself to dance.  I loved her!  The Wanted performed next.  I like One Direction way better then them.  Melissa is the second person in the finals.  I'm soooooo happy.  Apolo is eliminated.  Paula Abdul put together this week's Macy's Stars Of Dance to 4 of her biggest hits.  It was actually amazing except she wasn't singing live.  Derek Hough performed a Contemporary routine with 4 of the best.  It was mind blowing!!!  Kelly is in the finals.  Emmett is eliminated.  Next week is the finals!!!!!!!

DWTS All Star: Semi Finals Week

Next week is the finals!!!!  Each couple will be dancing 2 dances this week.  The first will be a unusual themed dance chosen last week.  The second will be to a Michael Jackson song.  The show start with the pros dancing to a mash up of Michael Jackson songs.  It was so good!  Tomorrow is another double elimination.

Melissa Rycroft and Tony Dovolani:

She really wants to make it to the finals now.  Her unusual themed dance was the Caveman Hustle.  I loved it!  It was very interesting but fun.  Plus I love her.  Her score was 27.5.  Her Michael Jackson dance was the Argentine Tango.  It was AMAZING!!!!!!  It had passion and tricks and was perfection.  Her score was 30.  Her total for the night was 57.5 out of 60.

Shawn Johnson and Derek Hough:

She really wanted to impress the judges.  Her unusual themed dance was the Knight Rider Bhangra.  I've never heard of this style.  It was really good. It's an Indian style.  Her score was 30.   Her Michael Jackson dance was the Argentine Tango.  It was good.  I wanted more tricks and passion.  Her score was 29.  Her total for the night was 59 out of 60.

Apolo Ohno and Karina Smirnoff:
He put more hours in the studio this week.  His unusual themed dance was Big Top Jazz.  It was terrible.  It was very sloppy and out of sync.  His score 27.  His Michael Jackson dance was the Rumba.  It was way better than the first.  I loved the emotion of it all.  His score was 30.  His total for the night was 57 out of 60.

Emmett Smith and Cheryl Burke:
He tried to step up his choreography.  His unusual themed dance was the Espionage Lindy Hop.  It was good.  His dancing was more difficult but the acting wasn't.  His score was 27.  His Michael Jackson dance was the Tango.  I liked it a lot.  I found it boring though.  His score was 27.  His total for the night was 54 out of 60.

Kelly Monaco and Val Chmerkovskiy:

She struggled learning her dances.  Her unusual themed dance was the Surfer Flameco.  It was actually really good.  It wasn't very surfer or flameco though.  Her score was 25.5.  Her Michael Jackson dance was the Rumba.  It was very good.  They have amazing chemistry.  His score was 28.5.  Her total for the night was 54 out of 60.

Music Friday: Oath

Hey guys!  Can you believe Thanksgiving is less then a week away?  Don't forget starting next Friday will be the start of Music Friday: Christmas Edition.  Today's share is a song I can't get out my head.  It is Oath by Cher Llyod.  It's very catchy. I just love her music.  Have a great weekend!!
