On Tuesday night I traveled 3 hours to go see One Direction!!!!!! I saw them 2 years ago and it was even better this time! Opening the show was Icona Pop. I missed most of their set because of traffic and I was buying a t-shirt. What I did see of their set was pretty good. Of course they ended their set singing my jam I Love It. This got the crowd super pumped!
Next up were the boys! It took at least an hour or more before they took the stage after Icona Pop. It was totally worth it though! I was really interested to see if it would be different without Zayn but I honestly didn't even notice. I think they sounded even better! This was my first ever stadium show and it didn't disappoint!!! It was 100 degrees outside but nobody minded! The crowd and show were just AMAZING!
They sang SO many songs! I love how there was a variety of songs from all of their albums. My favorites were 18, Where Do Broken Hearts Go, and Little Things. Harry stole the show with all his speeches. I'm in love! The best part of the night was when Louis and Liam got into a water fight that turned into a powerade fight. It was just the best! I missed it on my camera but I'll put the YouTube video below. Overall, I'm SUPER sad it's over now. Hopefully I'll see them again soon! Have you guys been to a show? Let me know what you thought!
It's finally out! Tonight I went to see the One Direction film This Is Us. Before the movie even started girls were screaming and freaking out. It felt really weird because it was just a movie not an actual concert. I was honestly really excited to see it. I loved the movie so much! It had funny moments but was also serious on some parts. I definitely recommend seeing it in 3D. It felt like you were apart of it. Surprisingly I didn't cry during it. There were plenty of shirtless moments of all the boys, They did quite a few songs from the tour which surprised me. As a fan it just made me love them even more. I think it will make you a fan if you weren't one already. I can't wait for the DVD!
On Friday I went to see One Direction in Kansas City and it was the best night of my life! I bought my ticket clear back in April 2012 so I was so excited for this. At around noon on Friday I headed to Kansas City which is about a 3 hour drive from where I live. Once I checked into my hotel I headed to the venue. I have to admit we got a little bit lost but eventually found it. Right when I got to the venue I got in line for a t-shirt. The shirts were a reasonable price. I paid $40 for mine and I love it. I had never been to the venue before so I got a bit lost finding my seat. Once I found my seat, I got SO excited by how close I actually was. Before the show started they had played the commercials for the perfume and movie. I can't wait for both! 5 Seconds Of Summer was the opening band. I didn't know much about them but I really liked them. I knew their songs Heartbreak Girl and Try Hard. They also covered Teenage Dream by Katy Perry which was very good. During the break before the boys came on it became a giant dance party. One guy in the crowd started doing the entire Single Ladies dance which was so funny. We all kept cheering him on. Finally it was time for 1D! It was honestly the best concert I've ever been to. My favorite part was when Louis asked Niall to describe the show in 18 words. Niall went over 18 words so Louis made him run a lap around the stage. Niall's ear piece wasn't working so they decided to tell jokes to stall time. Harry had dumb jokes but I love dumb jokes so I laughed at them. I was so sad it was over and I wish I was back. Maybe next year they'll be back. I took video clips which you can check out here. We are already half way through 2012 already! I can't believe it. I decided to do a blog on my favorites of 2012 so far. Then I'll do another updated one at the end of the year. I want you guys to answer too!
Favorites: Song: This is so hard to choose because I love music. I'd say my favorite song of 2012 so far is What Makes You Beautiful by One Direction. It is just a feel good song that every girl loves. It is my most played song on iTunes at 174 plays.
Movie: I go to the movies quite often. There have been many good films out so far. My favorite is The Avengers. I saw it opening day and loved it! I love Captain America the most. I wrote a full review on this blog if you want more details.
Trend: My favorite trend right now is the neon trend. I love bright colors so I was glad this trend become popular. If you don't want to wear too much neon, wear a neon bangle set. It will add a pop of color to any outfit.
TV Show: 2012 has brought a lot of good TV. Revenge would be my favorite choice. My grandma got me hooked on it. It is very suspenseful and I like the storyline a lot. I can't wait the season 2!
Album: I already said my favorite on this blog but I'll tell you again. It is Believe by Justin Bieber. I love everything about this album. Plus I just love the Biebs.
Book: I love to read. The book I'm currently reading is my favorite so far. It is called Killing Lincoln by Bill O'Reilly. I love learning about history so this book is perfect for that.
Accessory: Sunglasses have always been my favorite accessory. I buy a new pair every summer. My favorite so far are from the Dream Out Loud collection by Selena Gomez.
Reality Show: I'm addicted to Reality TV. My favorite would have to be Keeping Up With The Kardashians. It is so addicting and I can't stop watching!
Clothing Item: I have been loving colored denim. At the start of summer, I saw these shorts at Forever 21 and had to have them. They are just so fun and colorful.
Nail Polish: I haven't bought any new nail polish in 2012 yet. I have been wearing a certain color more than my others though. It is called Summer Peach by Sinful Colors. It is a bright neon orange and I love it!

What Makes You Beautiful by One Direction-I immediately smile every time I hear this. It has a great message plus I just love them.
Bleeding Love by Leona Lewis-This was my ringtone for forever. Her voice just makes you want to listen to this song over and over. Everybody can relate to it.
Our Song by Taylor Swift-This song is just so fun and catchy. It made me love her music.
One Less Lonely Girl by Justin Bieber-My all time favorite Bieber song. It's so sweet and I love the video.
Tik Tok by Ke$ha-This song brings out the party girl in everyone. This was also my ringtone the summer it came out. I love how care free she is.
Thinking Of You by Katy Perry-I think this the best song she has ever done. I love it!
My Love by Justin Timberlake-This song has a great beat and I love him.
Dance With Me Tonight by Olly Murs-This is my most recent favorite. It sounds like a song from the 50's or 60's which is my favorite era.
Who Says by Selena Gomez-I love the message of this song. Every girl is beautiful no matter what anybody says.
On tonight's episode of Glee they are taking on the hottest boy band on the planet right now. You guessed it ONE DIRECTION!!! The Glee kids are doing a cover of What Makes You Beautiful. It's actually really good considering I'm obsessed with One Direction's version. I always love Glee covers though so check it out for yourself.
