Life Update: New Series Is Coming!!!
Guess what? I'm sick AGAIN!!!! This time I have strep which really sucks. Did I mention it's also finals week? Welcome to my life! I figured I would write an update since all week I've been sleeping and drinking juice. I wanted to let you know about a new series coming to this blog.
I haven't come up with an actual name so leave suggestions. It's basically going to be life/beauty/girl hacks. Any topic you want hacks for I'll do for you all. I want to do topics you want though so this is where you come in. Send me an email with topics you want hacks for. Also let me know how often you want them posted.
That's all for now! I'll be back next week. I'm going back to bed with my soup and juice. Talk to you guys later and I can't wait for your suggestions.

Lazy Day Essentials (Summer Edition)
We all have days where we just want to lay around doing nothing. I'm ALWAYS super busy during Summer so I enjoy a lazy day. I thought I would share some of my essentials. It's not always sunny during this time of year either so you could even use some of these on rainy days. What are some of your essentials?
Swimsuit:
I love just laying out by the pool. It's so relaxing! Obviously you need to be wearing a cute swimsuit. I like buying them at Target or Walmart. They don't last forever but they are good quality for the price. I prefer strapless tops so you don't have crazy tan lines.
Hat:
I love floppy hats! There are SO many styles and you can wear them anywhere. They are really good at keeping your face protected. Also, you don't have to worry about doing your hair! Hats are life changing this time of year.
Candle:
I love candles all year long. I especially like to light them on rainy days. This is my favorite right now. I did a whole post on this candle which you can check it out here. It's amazing!!!!
Graphic Tee:
I am OBSESSED with graphic shirts. They go with everything and you can also show your interests. I like to buy a size bigger so when I'm just relaxing it isn't too tight. You can also throw it on over your swimsuit and go places. I just love them!
Book:
A good book is perfect for a lazy day. I like getting lost in another world. I've always been a big reader though. I'm currently reading All The Bright Places by Jennifer Niven. Be on the lookout for a review soon!
Netflix:
I've seen pretty much every episode of Friends. Lately it's been a little rainy so I've started watching it on Netflix. It's just a classic! I never get tired of it and I probably never will.
Snack:
I LOVE ice cream!!! I switch flavors all the time because I get bored easily. Right now I'm loving Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough by Ben & Jerry's. I mean who doesn't love cookie dough? Don't be ashamed if you eat the whole thing because we've all done it. Plus lazy days are meant to be unhealthy!

Lazy Day Essentials *Winter Edition*
It has been FREEZING where I live lately. The high has only been about 6 degrees some days. Nobody want to leave the house when this happens. So, I've decided to come up with my lazy day essentials for when you just want nothing to do with winter. What are your essentials?

A Warm Blanket:
Nothing is better than curing up in bed or on the couch with a warm cozy blanket. I highly recommend the Goose Down Comforter from Eddie Bauer. They are pretty pricey but totally worth your investment!
Comfy PJ's:
Get your most comfortable PJ's on and leave your make up off. Who cares what you look like on a lazy day? There is nobody to impress except for maybe your pet.
Junk Food:
I love junk food! I especially love donuts though. Recently a Dunkin' Donuts opened near me in my town. It's been quite dangerous because I just can't resist! Other junk food must haves include chocolate, cheetos, and Little Debbie snack cakes.
Netflix Binge:
Who doesn't love binge watching Netflix? I'm currently getting ready to start Gilmore Girls because I've never seen an episode! Fun fact: Before the show was hugely popular I was going to audition but backed out the night before.
Sad Movie:
Sometimes you just want to have a good cry. A Walk To Remember does it to me every single time! I just love everything about this movie.
Good book:
If you get tired of the TV then a good book is the way to go. I'm currently reading This Is Where I Leave You by Jonathan Tropper. I'm really enjoying it so far.xo,
Jerica
